Shipping
Most UK shipping costs are calculated automatically via entering your post code and normally qualifies for free shipping and are untracked. Delivery is between 2-5 days.
Most Stock is local. However, at times we may need to depend on international shipment. Dependent on location, distributor or publisher (For Printing and inventory delays) we intend to ship items within 7-14 days. If item has not been received, you have every right to ask for a full refund within the time period specified.
For tracked and signed for delivery services, postage charges will apply dependent on carrier charges, weight and quantity. Delivery is next day or within 2 days.
Parcels dispatched to addresses outside of mainland UK may be subject to additional local taxes and import charges that will need to be paid by the customer.
If you wish to return any new items, we require that any goods returned to us are returned “unopened” “Undamaged” and appropriate packaging is used when returning the goods with any return postage charges paid by you.
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items:
Dated Materials (including dated periodicals),
International ordered items
Digital products (including eBooks and audio items) which have already been downloaded
Personalised items, like bibles, journals, diaries and more with specific names. Unless we have made an error.

What eBook do we sell?
Mostly PDF Encryted, ePuB, Mobi. These can be read on desktop or laptop computers, tablet computers, as well as many mobile devices and dedicated eReading devices.
What is an ePub?
ePub is the standard eBook format, which makes it possible to optimize and customize text and images for both large displays like your desktop computer and small screens like your smartphone.
What does DRM-Protected mean?
Digital Rights Management (DRM) ensures that the person who buys a file is its sole owner and is unable to create illegal copies to distribute on their own. DRM specifications for each eBook are set by the publishers who own the respective copyrights.
How do I purchase an eBook?
Register for an account. You can then browse each book which has a link to purchase both a paper or digital version. If you have a default credit card, when you find the eBook that you wish to purchase, clicking the “Buy Now” button via Paypal or Stripe. Do not attach file to cart. ” Buy it Now” option for digital products. When you purchase, an attachment with code and password will come up. If you have registered, the E-book will be in your account.
Unfortunately, while some eBook titles may be sold worldwide, others have territorial restrictions set by the publisher that prevent us from selling them in certain territories outside of the United Kingdom. If you have purchased an eBook in the past, you can download it from any location, so you will always have access to the eBooks you have already purchased.
How do I read my eBook on my desktop or laptop computer?
Yes, any e-book can be read offline but remains under a protected, single use licensed items
